Is resizing done on a server?

No. The image resizer works locally so files are not uploaded for scaling.

Does upsizing make blurry photos sharp?

Enlarging cannot invent true detail. Mild upscales can work; big enlargements will look soft—prefer a higher-resolution original.

What units can I use?

You typically set pixel width/height or a percentage of the original. Check the fields shown in the tool UI for exact options.

Is the image resizer free?

Yes. Resize and download—no account required.
